Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our upcoming Exeter Showroom. As we expand from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you!

• Salary: Base Salary of £33,000.00£36,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £20,925 (OTE £56,925)
• Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week with 2 days off
• Location: Exeter, United Kingdom

The role:

As the Showroom Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is always presented to the highest standard. You will lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and provide expert advice on product suitability and interior design. xwwtmva

You will play a key role in managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to aftercare, ensuring every client receives a gold-standard service experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing and supporting a small sales team
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and building strong client relationships
• Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interiors with confidence and creativity
• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and managing after-sales service
• Managing the showroom diary and online appointments
• Updating the CRM system with customer information and daily activity
• Problem solving and handling customer queries effectively
• Ensuring the showroom is presented to an exceptional standard at all times
