Showroom Sales Consultant

to join a well-established and growing retailer in Huntingdon

What You'll Be Doing Welcoming customers into the showroom and delivering a consultative, tailored sales experience from first enquiry through to closing the sale Building genuine rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs and recommending the right solution with confidence Supporting the Showroom Manager with day-to-day operations and team coordination Handling in-store and telephone enquiries with warmth, expertise, and professionalism Maintaining a well-presented, fully stocked showroom that reflects the quality of the products on offer Managing sales transactions, stock control, and repairs administration Processing online orders, printing shipping labels, and preparing parcels for despatch Contributing to local marketing initiatives and promotional events Assisting with deliveries and some moderate lifting What We're Looking For Proven experience in a higher-ticket retail or showroom sales environment

furniture, mobility, healthcare, or similarly considered-purchase sectors ideally A confident closer who understands the consultative sales process and can guide a customer naturally from interest through to purchase A natural, empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly
