Job Description
Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for Site Agents on a permenant basis to work for a leading contractor within the Water & Utilities sector.
We're looking for a proactive and safety-focused Site Agent to join our clients Specialist Projects – Non-Infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, lead site teams, and help deliver high-quality civil engineering and utilities projects that exceed client expectations.
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000 + pkg
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced construction professional who can confidently lead site activities while creating a culture where safety, collaboration, and performance come first.
* Experience managing civil engineering, utilities, or non-infrastructure construction projects.
* Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme management, and cost control.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and drive project performance.
* Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Sewage and Water Treatment project experience is essential
