Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major bulk earthworks project based in Shrewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term civil engineering scheme with a reputable contractor.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on a bulk earthworks package.
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Liaising with the project management team, engineers, and client representatives.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, highways, or infrastructure.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors effectively.
