Job Description
My client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team on a major Wastewater Treatment Project.
Site Agent Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and site operatives to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate daily site activities to meet programme, quality, and budget requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation.
- Produce and manage RAMS, ITPs and TQS's.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Site Agent Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent on water or wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and water infrastructure works.
- Experience managing engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Experience producing and managing project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
