Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Agent to take ownership of multiple work programmes, leading operational teams to safely deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across utility and civil engineering projects
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Monitoring project performance against programme and budget targets
- Producing and reviewing RAMS, work programmes and site documentation
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Agent, Senior Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor within utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and industry best practice
- Experience managing operational teams and subcontractors
- Experience of NEC contracts
