Dedicate Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Site Assistant position based in Dartford, Kent, working at a Catholic Boys' School. In this role, you will become an integral part of the Site Team, supporting the smooth operation of the school's facilities to facilitate effective teaching and learning. The Site Assistant will report to the Site & Compliance Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including room set-ups, portering, security, health & safety procedures, litter picking, cleaning, and minor repairs.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience in caretaking, maintenance, or similar roles
• Skills in plumbing, repairs, or general maintenance (desirable)
• Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day
• Proactive attitude with a sense of responsibility
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills

This position offers a competitive salary of £28,221 (FTE) for 25 hours per week, with actual pay of approximately £19,598 based on a 52-week contract. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to take on an extra 12.5 hours per week as a cleaner, to be discussed at interview.
