Site Engineer – RC Frame

Location: Manchester Start Date: Within 2 weeks Project: RC Frame Contract: Long-term / Freelance

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join an established project in Manchester, working on a major Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frame scheme.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ UK site engineering experience

• Proven experience working on RC Frame / reinforced concrete projects

• Strong setting-out and surveying skills

• Competent with Total Station / surveying equipment

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong understanding of construction methods and site procedures

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with site teams

• Relevant engineering qualifications

• CSCS required

• Available to start within 2 weeks

Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works accurately

• Checking dimensions, levels and line

• Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors

• Monitoring works against drawings and specifications

• Maintaining accurate site records

• Carrying out quality checks and resolving technical issues

• Supporting the successful delivery of the RC Frame package
