Site Engineer (Residential)
Malahide, North Dublin
€65-75k + Transport + Bonus
Required for medium-sized residential developer who are currently undertaking 50+ Units' in Malahide, with further sites in North Dublin area.
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site engineering and technical operations.
Responsibilities.
* Carry out setting out and surveying of building works using total station, GPS, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.
* Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and architectural/engineering details.
* Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
* Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate site records, survey information, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
* Monitor subcontractor works and ensure they are completed correctly and to programme.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
* Assist the management team with planning, programming, and monitoring progress.
