Site Engineer (Residential)

Site Engineer (Residential) Donabate, North Dublin €65-75k + Bonus + Healthcare Required for leading residential developer who are currently undertaking 500+ Units in Donabate. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site engineering and technical operations. Responsibilities.

• Carry out setting out and surveying of building works using total station, GPS, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and architectural/engineering details.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate site records, survey information, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor works and ensure they are completed correctly and to programme.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
• Assist the management team with planning, programming, and monitoring progress.
