Job Description
Site Engineer – Gravesend
Location: Gravesend, Kent Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to work on a water infrastructure project in Gravesend.
Role & Responsibilities
- Setting out engineering duties across the project.
- Supporting trenching and diversion works to facilitate the relocation of a water main.
- Carrying out accurate setting out and surveying works.
- Working closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to specification.
- Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation.
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer.
- Strong setting out experience.
- Previous experience within utilities, water infrastructure or trenching works.
- Experience working on water main diversions / relocations would be advantageous.
- Relevant CSCS qualification.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements
