We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This dynamic role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring project specifications are met, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work progresses according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Manage on-site technical issues, providing solutions promptly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including daily reports, inspection logs, and safety documentation.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to update on progress and resolve any issues swiftly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil construction site management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety protocols.
• Electrical experience is highly desirable to coordinate multidisciplinary aspects of projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans accurately.
