Site Engineer

We're actively seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing project team delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering schemes across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working on complex projects and being involved from planning through to delivery.

The Role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting out and surveying works on site

Managing quality assurance and completing ITPs

Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications

Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

Maintaining accurate site records and as-built information

Supporting site management with planning and programme delivery

Promoting a strong health & safety culture on site

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Site Engineer

Proven experience delivering infrastructure and civil engineering projects

Experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Highways

Rail

Utilities

Water

Earthworks

Drainage

Structures

Strong setting out and surveying capabilities

A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Valid CSCS card

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
