Location: Edmonton, North London Job Type: Contract – CIS Duration: Initial 6 Weeks Start Date: 5 October 2026 Rate: £320 per day CIS

Key Talent Solutions/Keyman Personnel, are looking for an experienced Site / Setting Out Engineer for a civil engineering project in Edmonton, North London.

This is an initial 6-week contract requiring a hands-on engineer with strong setting out experience and previous experience working with precast concrete.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying works on site Setting out associated with precast concrete works Working from engineering drawings and specifications Carrying out surveys and as-built records Completing QA/QC documentation and site records Liaising with site management and other members of the project team Ensuring works are completed accurately and in accordance with drawings

Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer Strong setting out and surveying experience Previous precast concrete experience Competent using total station / surveying equipment Good understanding of engineering drawings and site documentation Valid CSCS card Able to work independently on site Available to start 5 October 2026
