Site Foreman – Co. Mayo

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Site Foreman for a specialist care and accommodation facility in Co. Mayo, with a contract running until June 2027.

The project is entering second fix and finishing works, involving bedrooms, communal areas and associated support spaces. Working alongside the Project Manager, you will take a hands-on role organising labour, coordinating trades and maintaining a high standard of finish.

Package

€60,000–€70,000 depending on experience.

Company van included.

Accommodation available for the right candidate.

Potential for follow-on projects, depending on location and availability.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and allocate work to labourers and trades.

Coordinate second-fix trades and internal finishing works.

Organise deliveries, materials and work sequences to maintain progress.

Check workmanship, manage snagging and prepare areas for handover.

Maintain safe working practices and report progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements

Previous Site Foreman experience on comparable building projects is essential.

A background in healthcare, care facilities, hospitality or similar accommodation projects.

Strong experience supervising second fix, finishing trades and snagging.

Confident organising labour, interpreting drawings and resolving practical site issues.

A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail; a relevant trade background would be advantageous.

An opportunity to take a key role in delivering the finishing stages of a specialist care facility, with work secured until June 2027.
