About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Installation Technician to join their growing team in Belfast . This role involves the on-site installation and maintenance of specialized equipment, ensuring it operates to the highest standards. While the primary focus is on-site work, there may be occasional remote collaboration or training sessions. You will be responsible for the physical setup, testing, and initial configuration of systems, playing a key part in delivering successful projects to our diverse client base. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent practical skills and a commitment to quality workmanship in the Belfast area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble equipment according to technical specifications, blueprints, and company procedures.
• Perform thorough testing and calibration of installed systems to ensure full functionality and performance.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and concise records of all installation activities, parts used, and testing results.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to coordinate installation schedules and provide updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hands-on installation, maintenance, or technical role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel locally.
