Site Manager Fit-Out & Roofing
Location: Bath
Contract: 7 weeks
Rate: £275£280 per day
Start: Mid-September
The Opportunity
We are working with an established interiors contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7-week project in Bath.
The project involves a commercial office fit-out and roof replacement works.
We are looking for a confident Site Manager with strong fit-out experience who can take ownership of the site and ensure the works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Commercial office experience is desirable, but fit-out experience from any sector will be considered.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries
• Manage fit-out and roofing works
• Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
• Monitor quality and workmanship
• Manage RAMS, permits and site documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and the wider project team
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Identify and resolve any issues on site
• Maintain high standards of health & safety

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site xwwtmva Manager
• Strong fit-out experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the site
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
