You will be the primary point of contact on-site, managing daily operations, coordinating various trades, and upholding the company's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Implement and enforce stringent health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to address queries, resolve site issues, and report on project progress.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation relevant to construction sites.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction management qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
