We are a leading nationwide façade remediation contractor delivering high-quality principal contracts up to £30m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on major projects in Staines-upon-Thames and Camberley.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of façade remediation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors

• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations

• Manage programme delivery and coordinate trades effectively

• Maintain quality control and client satisfaction

• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade or external envelope projects

• Strong knowledge of remediation works (cladding, fire compliance, etc.)

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
