Location: Leeds
The Shore Group are working with a leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor, who are seeking an experience Site Manager. Reporting to the on site Project Manager, you'll oversee the CAT A & B office fitout, refurbishment and some demolition works too.
- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of the CAT A & B fitout project.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues to maintain delivery milestones.
- Ensure all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety reviews.
- Liaise closely with the client, project team, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project reporting, programme management, and successful project handover.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CAT A & B fitout/refurbishment projects.
- Previous experience working on commercial office fitout projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple trades and stakeholders.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid cert.
