Site Manager – Food Manufacturing / Construction
📍 Oxford
📅 Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction works on a live food manufacturing/production site in Oxford.
Due to the nature of the environment, applicants must have previous experience managing construction works within the food manufacturing, food production or a similar hygiene-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities
* Overseeing subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to programme
* Maintaining strict health, safety and hygiene standards
* Conducting site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks
* Liaising with contractors, client representatives and site personnel
* Ensuring RAMS and site documentation are adhered to
* Managing works within a live/operational food environment
Essential Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Temporary Works qualification
* Proven Site Management experience
* Previous construction experience within the food manufacturing / food production industry
Ideally, applicants will be local to Oxford or within a reasonable travelling distance.
