Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire Rate: Negotiable DOE Start: ASAP Duration: 6–8 Months minimum + Further Work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a groundworks package in the Pontefract area.

The project is initially 6–8 months, with further work already secured in the local area for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

*

Manage day-to-day groundworks activities.

*

Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.

*

Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.

*

Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.

*

Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.

Requirements

*

Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.

*

Strong groundworks background.

*

Smsts.

*

Cscs.

*

Good communication and leadership skills.
