Site Manager - High Voltage Projects (Bristol) | OT & Bonus

Astute People are recruiting a Site Manager around Bristol for a leading high voltage contractor. The role carries a salary up to £52,000 basic DOE, plus a 25% performance bonus and a yearly profit share of about £8,000, with guaranteed overtime and a company vehicle and fuel card.

You will manage sites daily, work with skilled teams, review RAMS, run toolbox talks and ensure safety, quality and progress to the required standards.
