Position: Site Manager

Location: Preston

Job Type: Temporary – 5 Months

Pay: £30.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 5-month contract in Preston, overseeing a new build warehouse and fit-out project .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site
• Oversee new build and fit-out works
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Monitor progress, quality and project programme
• Ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard
• Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
• Previous Site Management experience on new build commercial or industrial projects
• Fit-out experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Work-based references

Pay & Duration

• £30.00 per hour
• 5 months work
