Description

Leading residential developer who is currently delivering a brand new RC Frame project in Central / West London.

We are looking for a solid Externals Site manager who has managed externals on a large RC Frame project before. The packages that will need looking after will be RC Frame, Groundworks, Landscaping, Paving etc.

Responsibilities

Day to day managing of all site works Managing all sub-contractors Managing health and safety Quality Assurance

Requirements

Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Must Have Residential Developer And Main Contractor Experience
