Site Manager - Regional House Builder | York

Albion Search are working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a development on the outskirts of York. You will oversee the build programme, manage trades, and ensure H&S compliance on site.

The role requires in-date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS cards, plus experience coordinating subcontractors and liaising with NHBC and Sales. A package includes up to £67,500 basic, car allowance or company car, bonus, pension and private healthcare.
