Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Established roofing, cladding and building envelope contractor working across the UK. Family owned, with a portfolio spanning warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, education and major architectural projects.

Job Info

Run day to day site operations on the roofing and cladding package of a major data centre development across a 12 month programme. Manage labour and subcontractors, keep works on programme and to specification, and own QA inspections and site records. Lead progress meetings, coordinate materials and design changes, and keep site, design and commercial teams aligned.

Requirements

• Site management experience on roofing or cladding packages, either discipline considered
• Strong understanding of programmes, drawings, QA and site processes
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and site teams on large scale new build projects
