Site Manager: Social Housing Retrofit & Decarbonisation

Construction Client is seeking an experienced on-site retrofit manager to deliver social housing upgrade projects. You will lead site teams, subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to exacting quality standards.

The role requires proven social housing maintenance experience, strong health and safety leadership, and knowledge of retrofit measures including insulation, windows, heating systems and ventilation. A competitive package is offered.
