A leading super‑prime main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional luxury property refurbishments, builds, and fit‑outs, is looking for an ambitious Site Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to step up into project management. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Project Director currently running three prestigious schemes, gaining exposure to all aspects of procurement, project set up, design management, client liaison, program management and project delivery.

Key Requirements

• Early‑stage career professional with some good site experience in high‑end residential refurbishments, builds, or fit‑outs.
• Ideally, a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Ambitious and eager to transition into a project management role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, client‑focused environment.
