Externals Site Manager –
MayFair, London £280–£300 per day CIS or £65,000 + Package Permanent Start: 28th September Permanent or Freelance Project Duration: 1 year An experienced Externals Site Manager is immediately required by a principal contractor for a £40m prestigious high-end hotel and residential development in Mayfair. The programme duration for the project is 1 year.
As the site manager, you will take responsibility for managing and completing the external envelope packages, including:
Roofing and associated finishes Mansafe systems Façades Windows and glazing
Sfs
Brickwork External finishes, QA and snaggingThey are looking for a hands-on Site Manager with proven externals experience who can coordinate specialist subcontractors, manage interfaces and sequencing, and drive works through to a high-quality finish.
Experience on high-end residential, hotel, refurbishment or complex Central London projects would be particularly relevant.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
