Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Location: Midlands Salary: £280 - £300 Job Type: Permanent / Contract
Optio Resourcing is partnering with a retail fit-out contractor to appoint a Site Manager for projects across the Midlands.
The Role
- Leading on-site delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes
- Managing subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
- Building strong working relationships with client and site teams
- Maintaining quality, H&S, and RAMS compliance throughout
- Delivering projects to programme within live retail environments
About You
- Solid retail construction/fit-out site management experience
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), and First Aid at Work essential
- Strong communicator, comfortable managing pressured programmes
- Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across the Midlands
