Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse Build
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse unit with a steel frame structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain site health & safety compliance and reporting.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Requirements:
Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects.
Strong knowledge of steel frame builds.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to drive programme performance and maintain high HSE standards.What We Offer:
