Site Manager - CAT B Gym Fitout - Hove

I'm working with a contractor delivering a CAT B gym fitout in Hove and they're looking for a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the project.

You'll be managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and liaising directly with the end client to ensure the fitout is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The Role

Managing the day-to-day running of the site Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades Liaising directly with the end client and project team Monitoring the programme and keeping works on track Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics Managing health & safety and site standards Monitoring quality and dealing with snagging Running site meetings and providing progress updates Working towards a smooth completion and handoverKey Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Manager on CAT A / CAT B fitout projects Experience within commercial, leisure or gym fitouts would be beneficial Strong subcontractor and client management skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Available to start 21st September
