Job Description
The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of our client based in Knowsley!
The job includes the following:
Lead and oversee all daily site operations, including the wash plant, yard, crushing, screening, stockpiling, and loading activities.
Coordinate production activities to maximise efficiency, maintain material flow, and achieve output targets.
Manage site personnel, ensuring teams are trained, supported, and effectively allocated across operations.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor plant, equipment, and vehicle performance, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed and downtime is minimised.
Ensure product quality standards are met through regular inspections and effective operational control.
Produce operational reports, lead site meetings, and communicate performance, risks, and improvements to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance site performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in an industrial environment
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 & Saturday, 07:00-12:00.
Face to face interviews to be completed on site
