Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Fixed-Term Contract | Hertfordshire

We're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major blue-chip contractor on an exciting commercial office fit-out project in Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out who is confident managing projects on site and working to high standards of quality, safety and programme.

The Role

Managing the day-to-day operations on site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards Managing site health & safety and maintaining excellent site standards Liaising with the project management team, client and subcontractors Monitoring progress and assisting with programme delivery Ensuring all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirementsAbout You:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out Proven experience seeing projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of commercial office fit-out projects Excellent organisational and communication skills Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively Strong understanding of health & safety requirements CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are desirable/required Professional, proactive and confident in managing a busy site environmentIf you're an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity, we'd be keen to hear from you
