Site Manager – Sunbury-on-Thames (8–9 Week Contract) Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable (DOE)
A contractor delivering structural repair and reinstatement works on a commercial building in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start. This is an 8–9 week assignment overseeing bricklayers, mechanical teams and daily site progress.
Key Requirements
SMSTS
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) Certificate
First Aid – 3 Day
Strong IT capability – proficient with Excel, Word and digital reporting
Ability to produce daily reports to client and project management
Experience managing commercial refurb/repair projects
Confident coordinating trades, maintaining site standards and ensuring safe working practices
Role Overview
Oversee brickwork repairs and reinstatement following structural impact damage
Manage subcontractors and ensure works progress to programme
Maintain daily digital reporting, site records and compliance documentation
Uphold strict health & safety standards and ensure all RAMS/TWC requirements are followed
Liaise with project managers, engineers and client representatives

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
