Job Description
Site Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project.
Site Manager Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day earthworks and civils activities.
- Lead site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the Project Manager.
Site Manager Requirements
- Previous Site Manager experience on earthworks/civils projects.
- Gold CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First Aid qualification.
- Strong earthworks and civils background.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
