Job Description
Site Manager - Glasgow - Scotland Travel - Salary Circa 45K plus vehicle
Responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of Smart Homes and renewable energy projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage site operations, subcontractors and installation teams, providing leadership and ensuring quality workmanship and customer service. Coordinate with senior management, procurement and supply chain to ensure effective planning, materials and project delivery. Experience across renewable energy installations, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, with an understanding of whole-house retrofit. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, Toolbox Talks and relevant legislation, including PAS 2030 and PAS 2035. Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and quality, providing regular reports and chairing site meetings. Manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure company quality, environmental and health & safety procedures are followed and records maintained. Keep up to date with industry regulations and developments, including HSE, Ofgem and retrofit requirements.To be considered:
Strong organisational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills. SMSTS, First Aid and full driving licence. Experience of working in the renewable energy construction market. Flexible to work away from home across England, Scotland and Wales when required.
