Job Description
Contract Site Manager – Passive Fire Contract Site Manager 📍 Bodmin, Cornwall 💰 Day Rate – DOE (Outside IR35 if applicable) 📅 Immediate Start I'm working with a leading passive fire protection contractor who requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a project in Bodmin.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and labour
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Liaise with the Project Manager and client
- Drive programme and quality standards
- Oversee passive fire protection works within occupied buildings
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager experience
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Experience delivering passive fire/fire stopping projects (preferred)
