Site Manager – Facades & Cladding

Location: Barnet / North London – applicants must be within a commutable distance Sector: Facades & Cladding – Commercial & Residential Employment: Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an established and growing specialist contractor, delivering high-quality facades and cladding packages across commercial and residential projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background managing facade and cladding works on site, with a proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme.

*

Oversee facade and cladding installations across commercial and residential projects.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.

*

Monitor quality, progress and workmanship throughout the project.

*

Ensure all health & safety requirements and site procedures are adhered to.

*

Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, clients and other site teams.

*

Attend and contribute to site meetings and progress reviews.

*

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, inspections and relevant documentation.

*

Identify and resolve site issues proactively.

*

Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the facades and/or cladding sector.

*

Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects.

*

Strong understanding of facade systems, cladding installation and associated construction processes.

*

Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

*

Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance requirements.

*

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

*

Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

*

All relevant site tickets and qualifications must be in date.

*

Must be based within a commutable distance of Barnet.
