Job Description
Albion Search are currently working with a highly reputable, regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a development on the outskirts of York.
The ideal candidate will have experience with volume house building, managed sites working to NHBC regs and ideally have an NVQ (Black CSCS Card).
Roles & Responsibilities
* Management of the build programme
* H&S
* Managing trades & sub-contractors
* Inductions
* RAMS
* Liaison with Sales
* Liaison with the NHBC
* Ensuring CML's are met
* Contracts Manager updates
Package
* Up to £67,500 basic salary
* Car allowance or company car
* Bonus
* Pension
* Private healthcare
* 22 days holiday as standard
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
