Location: Hull Rate: £28.54 per hour Umbrella Hours: 42–45 hours per week Duration: Ongoing Freelance

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key housing client on an ongoing project in Hull.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in housing who is confident managing site operations, subcontractors and health & safety.

The Role

• Day-to-day management of site operations

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors

• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

• Conducting site inspections and managing snagging

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and wider project team

Requirements

• SMSTS

• Black or White CSCS Card

• First Aid

• Previous Site Management experience

• Housing experience preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Rate: £28.54 per hour Umbrella Hours: 42–45 hours per week Duration: Ongoing Location: Hull
