Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Town Hall Refurbishment Location: Chippenham Start Date: Wednesday 23rd September 2026 Duration: 3–4 weeks Role: Site Manager / Site Supervisor We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee a town hall refurbishment project in Chippenham, starting Wednesday 23rd September. The role will involve overseeing a small number of tradesmen and subcontractors on site, managing day-to-day activities, maintaining health and safety standards and reporting progress directly to the Project Manager. Duties & Responsibilities * Overseeing tradesmen and subcontractors on site * Coordinating day-to-day site activities * Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager * Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed * Carrying out general site checks and maintaining site standards * Coordinating trades and dealing with any issues that arise * Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well organised

About You

This role would suit an experienced Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor. We would also consider a skilled Labourer with strong site experience who holds SSSTS or SMSTS and is comfortable taking responsibility for supervising trades
