Role: Site Manager - School Refurbishment Projects
Pay: £280 per day CIS plusmileage of 0.55p per mile
Location: Kirklees
Start date: 6th July
Duration: 9 weeks, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for experienced Site Managers to oversee a programme of school refurbishment projects across the Kirklees.
These projects are due to start on 6th July and will run throughout the summer holiday period, offering 9 weeks' work .
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works within live education environments during the school shutdown period, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractors and site activities
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
- Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
- Maintaining site records and documentation
Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Enhanced DBS - child barring(within the last 3 years essential)
- Black or Gold CSCS card
- Strong communication and organisational skills
