Urgent Freelance Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out

Role: Freelance Site Manager Sector: Commercial Fit Out Location: London Start: Immediate / ASAP Contract: Freelance

I’m urgently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established fit out contractor on a live commercial project in London.

We need someone who can hit the ground running and has a strong background delivering commercial CAT A / CAT B fit out projects.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day site operations

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard

• Manage site logistics, quality and health & safety

• Liaise with the Project Manager and wider project team

• Drive the project through to completion

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out

• Strong CAT A / CAT B experience

• Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors

• Able to take ownership of the site and work independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid required

This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period are strongly preferred.
