IMPORTANT: Applicants must be based within Tower Hamlets Site Manager – M&E Background – School Project - Please only apply if you currently live within Tower Hamlets IMPORTANT: Applicants must be based within Tower Hamlets Location: Bethnal Green, London Duration: 30 weeks Start Date: 14th September 2026 Rate: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 30-week project based at a school in Bethnal Green. The successful candidate will have a strong M&E background and previous experience managing works on live or occupied sites, ideally within education or similar environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong M&E background
• Enhanced DBS – essential or willing to get one due to the school environment
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and day-to-day site activities
• Experience working within a live school or similar occupied environment would be advantageous
• Must be based within Tower Hamlets and able to commit to the full 30-week project Important – Please Read Due to the short timeframe we have to fill this position, we will only be able to consider and contact Site Managers who are already living within the Tower Hamlets borough.
