Site Manager - Salary Negotiable - 6 months - Immediate start - Opportunities across South Wales
I'm recruiting for a Site Manager to work with a leading organisation within Wales where you will be overseeing a range of clean-water infrastructure works.
It's a varied, site-based role covering projects such as water main repairs and installations, underground reservoirs and other clean-water assets, with works taking place across highways, private land and Welsh Water sites.
You'll essentially take ownership of works on site - making sure contractors are working safely, projects are progressing as they should and any issues around programme, cost, quality or health & safety are picked up and dealt with appropriately. You'll also work closely with Project Managers, engineers, operational teams and contractors throughout delivery.
What you will be doing:-
Taking ownership of works on the site
Ensure Contractors are working safely
Ensuring projects are progressing as they should and issues being identified
Work closely with Project Managers, engineers and Operational teams
What you will bring to the role:
Previous site management experience
Experience of NEC Contracts
Knowledge of health and safety
A full,clean driving licence
An ability to plan own workload
Capable of working independentlyWhat you will get in return:
Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
Negotiable salary (it will be a day rate)
