Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable contractors for a confident and experienced Site Manager to join a £10m healthcare development.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Previous healthcare construction experience – essential
- Modular / MMC construction experience – essential
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
