Job Description
Site Manager - Glasgow (Freelance)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until March 2027
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to manage a restoaration project in the Glasgow area starting ASAP/
The project includes roof dismantling and full slate re-roofing, scaffolding and edge protection, low-level roof replacement, timber remediation and structural steel installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall day-to-day site management and coordination
- Main point of contact for client and design team
- Managing subcontractors and site activities
- Progress reporting and managing RFIs
- Temporary Works Management
- Daily/weekly site inspections
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
- Managing site documentation through Procore
Requirements
- Proven Site Management experience
- Refurbishment/restoration experience highly desirable
- Experience with roofing, structural works or listed buildings advantageous
- Temporary works experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
