Cladding Site Manager — Norwich
Fairmead are currently recruiting a Cladding Site Manager on a short-term temporary basis on behalf of our client, a specialist cladding contractor working under a leading main contractor in Norwich. Overview of role
- Location: Norwich, NR4 7GJ
- Duration: 4 weeks — 5th to 30th October
- Hours: 7.30am to 4pm
- Free parking on site
- Managing a team of 8 cladders on external wall cladding
Requirements
- Proven cladding experience and a background managing cladding teams
- Comfortable running the works day to day and overseeing the gang
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS card (any card accepted)
- IPAF advantageous but not essential
- Well presented and clearly identifiable as the team leader
- Good communication with the main contractor and the supply chain
- Lead on Health & Safety on the cladding package
